The Challenge (Before)

The SaaS product had a large freemium user base, but the conversion rate to paid plans was extremely low (under 1%). The value of paid features was not being effectively communicated.

The Result (After)

I developed a new user onboarding experience and lifecycle email campaign to showcase the benefits of premium features. This strategy increased the free-to-paid conversion rate by over 200%, from 0.8% to 2.5%.
